LEXACT SOLUTIONS LTD was established in 2006 within the framework of a European-Cyprus co-sponsoredentrepreneurial program for the purpose of offering specialised, practically oriented training courses.

LEXACT offers specialised, practically oriented in-house and public training courses which aim at providing the company’s “professional students” with practical advice on the application of Cypriot legislation.LEXACT’s seminars address real life issues using practical examples. They actively apply theory in case studies.Participants can apply the knowledge gained in the day-to-day operations of your organization & expand in new business sectors. 

Seminars started in November 2007 and were  welcomed by the professional and business world.

Publications

The company also has available a numberof publications concerning corporate and commercial subjects such as the Cyprus Companies Law, Cyprus Internet Law, DataProtection, Sale of Goods, and other publications.

Approved Training Centre

The company has its own training center and is approved by variousorganizations such as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) for CPD purposes, the Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA), the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and the Cyprus Computer Society (CCS).
