Stelios was born in Nicosia. He obtained his law degree from the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki and he was admitted in Cyprus Bar Association in 1995. Today he is an associate at G. & A. Ladas Law Office. He is specialized in Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, management of property matters of Eu and non - Eu citizens in Cyprus, civil litigation. He is member of the Cyprus Association for the European Law, he was appointed member of the Tribunal Committee of the Cyprus Handball Federation from 2002 - 2005, and appointed member of the Tribunal Committee of the Cyprus Basket Federation from 2003 - 2006. He attended in various seminars concerning corporate, intellectual property and mediation matters.
